1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Novara Group's website and our AI Visibility and paid advertising services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Novara Group provides AI Visibility, paid advertising campaign management, lead generation, and marketing strategy for UK contractors and trades businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and campaign targets are agreed in a separate proposal or service agreement before work begins.
3. Results and Guarantees
Any performance guarantee, including the Novara Guarantee of a minimum number of booked jobs, is set out in your signed service agreement. Guarantees are conditional on the client providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to required accounts and assets.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are charged as described in your proposal or agreement — either as a fixed monthly retainer or on a pay-per-booked-job basis. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
5. Cancellations
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period in your agreement. Where no notice period is stated, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of their existing branding, logos, and business materials. Novara Group retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, processes, and campaign materials we create, granting the client a licence to use them for the agreed purpose during and after the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Novara Group's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
